Political relations
Political relations between Serbia and Brunei Darussalam are insufficiently developed.
There were no meetings at the highest level since the establishment of diplomatic relations. The last high-level meeting was conducted in 2011, when the MFA at the time V. Jeremić visited Brunei, and the MFA of Brunei at the time, Prince M. Bolkiah, lead the delegation of Brunei at the MS of the NAM in Belgrade in September 2011. Bilateral meetings were held on this occasion with the President of the Republic of Serbia at the time B. Tadić and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior I. Dačić.
Economic relations
According to data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, total trade in goods with Brunei in 2025 amounted to EUR 399 thousand, of which exports from the Republic of Serbia accounted for EUR 346 thousand and imports for EUR 53 thousand.
