Holding of political consultations between Serbia and Moldova
Delegations of the two ministries talked about bilateral political relations, economic cooperation, collaboration between the international organizations, the actual situation in the region and the circumstances in the field of energy.
Both sides expressed their willingness to consistently respect the essential principles of international law so as to preserve their sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Special attention was dedicated to integration with the EU and the exchange of experience in judicial reform, suppression of corruption and organized crime, creation of favorable environment for investments and economic development.
During the political consultations, it was agreed that, activities of developing the bilateral relations in all areas of mutual interest would be intensified in the coming period.
At the political consultations, the Serbian delegation was led by the state secretary Nemanja Starović, whereas the leader of the Moldovan delegation was Veaceslav Dobinda, State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Moldova.
