Đurić welcomes the President of Georgia

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Marko Đurić, this evening welcomed the President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, at Nikola Tesla Airport, upon his arrival for an official visit to the Republic of Serbia.
Extending words of welcome, Đurić emphasized that Serbia and Georgia are bound by sincere friendship, mutual respect, as well as cultural and historical closeness. The head of Serbian diplomacy also expressed confidence that the visit would provide additional impetus to the strengthening of bilateral relations, particularly in light of this year’s jubilee marking 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations.
During his official visit to Serbia, the President of Georgia will meet with the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, as well as other high-ranking officials.
