Political relations
Bilateral relations are not significantly developed.
First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Serbia Ivica Dačić met with previous Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iceland Tordis Kolbrun Gilfadotir on the sidelines of the OSCE ministerial meeting in Łódź on December 1, 2022.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Serbia Nikola Selaković met with previous Minister of Foreign Affairs Iceland Tordis Kolbrun R. Gilfadotir on the sidelines of the 132. session of the Comittee of Ministers of Council of Europe in Turin on 20 May 2022.
Economic relations
According to data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia, the total trade exchange with Iceland in 2025 amounted to €5.1 million, of which €3.9 million referred to exports from the Republic of Serbia and €1.2 million to imports.
Bilateral agreements
Two bilateral agreements are in force - the Agreement on Agriculture and the Free Trade Agreement between Serbia and EFTA, 16 June 2020.
