Luxembourg: Serbian Evening and screening of the film „The Summer I Learned to Fly“ at the Sineast Film Festival

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Brussels Aleksandar Tasić, acting also as Ambassador in Luxembourg on a non-resident basis, greeted the audience at the screening of the film „The Summer I Learned to Fly“ held in Luxembourg.

The film, directed by Radivoje Andrić, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia and the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Brussels, was shown as part of the Sineast Film Festival in Luxembourg.

The Ambassador thanked the audience for the great response and conveyed that the Republic of Serbia would continue to support the Sineast Film Festival, since it was not only a presentation of Serbian modern cinematography in Luxembourg, but also an opportunity to establish better contacts between the local community and members of the Serbian people in Luxembourg.

He expressed his gratitude to the Serbian Cultural Centre, the Festival Management and the city of Luxembourg for the support they have provided to the Serbian community in Luxembourg.

After the screening, a Serbian Evening was organised during which the audience had the opportunity to taste Serbian gastronomic specialties and wines from renowned Serbian producers.
