Prague: Embassy of Serbia at the Food and Culture festival

The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Prague took part in the Festival of Embassies Food and Culture.

Under the auspices of the first vice-president of the Senate of the Czech Parliament Jiří Růžička, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies Marketa Pekarova Adamova, Minister of Foreign Affairs Jan Lipavský and President of the Chamber of Commerce Vladimir Dlouhy, the event was organised by the Prague 6 district. More than 45 countries participated in the event.

Serbia presented itself with characteristic folk motifs, publicity material of attractive tourist destinations in Serbia and authentic objects from some regions, such as Zlatibor handicrafts. Over sixty different food products from Serbia were presented in the rich variety of food. In addition, a promotion of fresh fruit was held and strawberries and cherries were brought from Serbia for this occasion.
