Prague: Meeting at the Embassy with representatives of the Serbian national community

The meeting was attended by the minister without portfolio responsible for the diaspora, Đorđe Milićević, the Serbian ambassador in Prague, Berislav Vekić, and the presidents of all associations of the Serbian national community, including the presidents of the “Czech-Serbian Association”, “Lastavica”, the Serbian cultural association “Radost”, “Luka Prague”, “Vidovdan - Karlovy Vary”, “Rodoljub” and “Knez Lazar”.

Minister Milićević presented the plan and programme, and representatives of the Serbian national community in the Czech Republic presented their work results so far and plans for future activities. They thanked Minister Milićević and Ambassador Vekić for organizing the meeting, where for the first time all representatives of the Serbian national community in the Czech Republic had gathered in one place.

One of the most important economic events that take place at the beginning of next year in Prague was presented at the meeting, namely the Czech-Serbian Economic Ball, which will be an important social event for economic and foreign trade relations between Serbia and the Czech Republic, as well as for connecting businessmen from the Serbian national community in the Czech Republic with Serbia.
