Tokyo: Ambassador Kovač with Yasushi Akashi

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Japan, Aleksandra Kovač, met with the former UN Deputy Secretary General for humanitarian affairs and Emergency Coordinator and former UN Secretary General's Special Representative for Cambodia and the Former Yugoslavia, Yasushi Akashi.
In a cordial meeting, opinions were exchanged on the conflict on the territory of the former Yugoslavia. The interlocutors paid special attention to assessing the current security situation in Central Asia and the Asia-Pacific region.
