Vaccines from Serbia arrived in Iran

The first contingent of 25,000 Sputnik-V vaccines, which the Republic of Serbia donated to the Islamic Republic of Iran, was delivered today.
The vaccines were received at the airport in Tehran by the authorities from the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the airport customs services and the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Iran, Dragan Todorović.
The donation of vaccines represents a new step in strengthening the bilateral ties between the two friendly countries, and an expression of solidarity between the leadership and the people of Serbia towards the Iranian state and its people.
The Iranian media reported on this event, showing the landing of the plane and the unloading of the shipment, and in the next few days, another contingent of 25,000 vaccines is expected to arrive in Tehran.
