Washington: The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia promotes the Serbian language at the World Language Festival

The Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Washington D.C. participated in this year’s World Language Festival which took place on 21 May at the Planet Word Museum in Washington D.C. The festival was held for the seventh time, and this year's theme was “Language Connects Us”.
This was the first time that the Serbian Embassy has taken part in the festival. Visitors to the Serbian stand had the opportunity to get acquainted with the Serbian language, learn to pronounce, and write words in Cyrillic, and enjoy Serbian specialties.
The Embassies of Venezuela, Italy, Japan, and Oman also participated in the event.
