Dačić congratulates Christodoulides on his election as the President of Cyprus

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dačić congratulated Nikos Christodoulides tonight on his win in the presidential elections in Cyprus.

“Dear friend, I would like to congratulate you on your election win and the great confidence that the people of Cyprus have placed in your presidential policy and the work you have done up to date. I have fond memories of our close cooperation as Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Serbia and Cyprus respectively, as true friends and representatives of two brotherly nations. I am convinced that our two countries will continue their fruitful cooperation and further develop their friendship during your mandate as the President. I wish you every success as the President of the Republic of Cyprus, and I look forward to many more years of the friendship between Serbia and Cyprus”, stated Minister Dačić in his congratulatory message to the president-elect of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides.
