Dačić meets US Ambassador Hill

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dačić, met earlier today with the Ambassador of the United States of America to the Republic of Serbia, Christopher Hill.

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dačić, emphasized that the strategic commitment of the Republic of Serbia is to promote cooperation with the United States in areas of mutual importance.

Commitment to stepped-up political dialogue and exchanges of visits by high-ranking and top Serbian and U.S. state officials was expressed by both parties.

Also, views on the continuation of activities aimed at building further partnership on a political and economic level were exchanged as well. Both parties welcomed yesterday’s release of the direct flight from Belgrade to Chicago, which will improve the connection between the two countries.
