Minister Daćić with the Parliamentary Friendship Group Delegation in the Slovenian National Assembly

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dačić, met earlier today with the Delegation of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with the Republic of Serbia in the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, led by Lena Grgurevič, Head of PFG.

The Sloenian National Assembly MP, Lena Grgurevič, congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs for his appointment and expressed hope that he will continue to contribute after taking his new office to the development of interparliamentary cooperation between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Slovenia, as he did as the Speaker of the Serbian National Assembly.

Ivica Dačić thanked for the congratulations and said that he would continue in this new office, and especially in the light of his previous tenure as the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, to work on strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries, and that he would try to contribute through all forms of cooperation to further closer ties between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Slovenia.
