Minister Dačić with UN representatives on population policy

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dačić met today with UNFPA Regional Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Florence Bauer and UNFPA Country Director for Serbia John Kennedy Mosoti.
They confirmed the importance of the topic that the United Nations Population Fund primarily deals with and, bearing in mind negative demographic trends that both Serbia and the major part of the continent is facing, they discussed the current cooperation and possibilities for improvement of cooperation between Serbia and this UN Fund.
This was the first meeting between Minister Dačić and Florence Bauer since she took office on 6th July 2022.
