Minister Dacic confers with the Ambassador of Egypt

In a cordial conversation, it was noted that bilateral relations were successfully developing on the basis of traditional friendship existing between the two countries and peoples, to which a special contribution was made by the historic 2022 visit to Serbia by President of Egypt Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.

Both sides emphasized their readiness to continue a developed political dialogue, including high- and top-level visits.

The interlocutors agreed on continuing the successful cooperation between the two countries at the multilateral level, which was also reflected in the mutual exchange of support for candidacies in international organizations.

Minister Dacic expressed his gratitude for the high degree of understanding shown by the Egyptian side regarding the issue of Kosovo and Metohija.
