Minister Dacic receives the Ambassador of the Russian Federation

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic received today the Ambassador of the Russian Federation, Aleksandr Botsan-Kharchenko.
At the meeting, the Russian diplomat presented the Serbian Foreign Minister with a congratulatory message from Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov on the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia.
They discussed bilateral relations and further development of cooperation between the two countries as well as the recent extraordinary UNSC meeting on the situation in Kosovo and Metohija.
Minister Dacic took the opportunity to reiterate his gratitude to the Russian Federation for its strong and consistent support to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on key current international issues.
