Minister Dacic sends Eid al-Fitr greetings

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic extended a congratulatory message to believers of the Islamic faith and Islamic communities on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

“After the month-long fasting of Ramadan, I wish you to spend the days of Eid al-Fitr in family harmony, peace and well-being. The messages of this holiday are universal and should be followed as guidelines for dealing with all the trials and challenges of today's age.

Eid al-Fitr is a symbol of good deeds, forgiveness and care for people, and today we should all listen to its messages that build peace and tolerance.

To all believers of the Islamic faith, I extend my hearty congratulations on Eid al-Fitr, wishing them to spend it in good health and harmony”, reads the congratulatory message from Minister Ivica Dacic.
