State Secretary Jović Meets with Belarusian Foreign Minister

Ahead of bilateral political consultations in Minsk, State Secretary Damjan Jović met with Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov.
The discussions focused on key bilateral issues and opportunities to further strengthen relations between Serbia and Belarus, particularly through closer trade and economic cooperation.
Both sides agreed that Belarus’s participation in the forthcoming Specialised Expo 2027 in Belgrade would provide an important opportunity to strengthen ties between the two countries and showcase Belarus’s economic potential and scientific achievements to visitors from Serbia and around the world.
State Secretary Jović also took the opportunity to reiterate Serbia’s gratitude for Belarus’s support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia.
