Washington: Ambassador Đurić spoke with Gabriel Escobar

Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the United States of America Marko Đurić spoke in Washington today with Special Envoy of the State Department for the Western Balkans Gabriel Escobar about the most important topics on the bilateral agenda.

During their conversation, the interlocutors considered together the positive results produced so far as well as the continuous progress in the relations between the two countries, achieved through mutual commitment and efforts.

The importance of increasingly stronger dynamics of bilateral meetings at a high political level, the increased presence of investments from the USA in Serbia, as well as the significance of the successful operations of American companies in the Serbian market was emphasised.

The two officials expressed their satisfaction with the agreements reached and the concrete projects being implemented in the field of IT industry, energy, education, culture, and sports.

Ambassador Đurić used this meeting with the high-ranking U.S. diplomat to reiterate Serbia`s firm commitment to achieving regional connection, dialogue, and cooperation as the key to stability, prosperity, and well-being for all citizens, confirmed through the continuous activities of the President, the Government, and other Serbian institutions.
